Club volleyball is for players committed to competing against other local and regional volleyball teams within several leagues across Texas. Club Volleyball is a dynamic sport where players develop fundamental and position specific skills. The regular season is five months long for ATWF Juniors Local and Development Teams beginning September through the beginning of January. ATWF regional teams starts right after KISD volleyball season is over beginning January through May. Successful Teams will register to compete in Lone Star Regional Competition in Houston.
Pre-tryouts clinics are available throughout the summer and season tryouts are held any time after the completion of the prior season. At the end of each tryout session, formal offers will be extended to players, and parents will be asked to sign our Parent/Player agreement to secure their spot on the team. Additionally, offers will be extended to players who were assessed prior to tryouts. If your player did not receive a formal offer immediately, they will still receive a tryout result email the next day.
Club Player must commit to attend three practices a week between mid-September to January and to participate in five to seven tournaments between September and January for all of the local and development teams. The regionals teams must commit to three practices a week starting January through May. All advanced athletes have the option doing KISD volleyball season to set up free small group lessons to prepare for Club Season at no charge. All Tournaments starts in January through May.
THIS COMMITMENT IS REQUIRED SO TEAMS CAN PROPERLY BUILD INDIVIDUAL SKILLS AND TEAM COHENSION TO COMPETE AT THEIR HIGHEST LEVEL.

ATWF Juniors VBC is a Volleyball club located in Louisiana and Texas. We are dedicated to developing players and teams in 8u, 10u, 11u, 13u, 14u, 16u and 17u Divisions. We have a year-round training program that strives to develop the most complete athlete for their desired level of performance. Our club/training program focuses on preparing athletes for high school, collegiate, as well as tournament day. We are a part of USAV Lone Star Region.
Our teams compete in USAV and JVA sanctioned events; with the set goal to qualify in our future competitions for the junior regionals and nationals.
At ATWF JUNIORS VOLLEYBALL CLUB, we believe in placing athletes where they can grow, and succeed. Before registering for tryouts, it’s important to evaluate how volleyball fits into your family’s schedule and goals.
TIME COMMITMENT
Please consider how many days per week your athlete can consistently commit to practices and games, our teams follow a competitive tournament schedule, and we encourage families to review those dates early. Keep in mind that school holidays and spring break do not excuse players from tournament attendances, as team commitment is a priority.
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS
Volleyball is an investment. In addition to club fees, families should budget for travel costs including transportation, hotels stay (at club-assigned tournament hotels), meals, and other travel-related expenses. ATWF Juniors aims to keep costs reasonable and transparent, but travel is a key part of the competitive experience. ATWF Juniors has partner up with Legacy Sports Foundation to bless athletes with the opportunity to play club volleyball in CTX.
CLUB FIT & EXPECTATIONS
Before making a decision, we encourage families to learn more about our coaching style, team culture, and expectations. Don’t rush- choose the goals and readiness. We’re here to guide you every step of the way.
AT ATWF JUNIORS, IT’S NOT JUST ABOUT PLAYING VOLLEYBALL-IT’S ABOUT BUILDING CHAMPIONS ON AND OFF THE COURT.
Know Your Strengths, Reframe Your Focus and Accept the Challenge.
